ABSOLUTE TICKETS, INC. (ABSTIX.COM) is privately-owned & operated
and is NOT affiliated with TicketMaster or specific sports arenas and
concert venues.  We charge a fee (based on market-value) above ticket
face-values, and all prices quoted are subject-to-change.

Delivery fees vary depending on final delivery destination; Overseas shipping
can take 3 additional business days if delayed by Customs.  There is an 8%
tax & handling charge added to the final price
(Please note this 8% fee
does NOT ALWAYS print on your online receipt, therefore, we call all
customers BEFORE sale completion to reiterate this charge AND to verify the
billing information
of customer's credit card).  NO charges are made to the card
until after that
.  Tickets usually must be sent to billing address of credit card used.

Online orders placed after 5PM PST weekdays or on weekends will not
be processed until the next working day
Ticket orders may not be locked in
until AFTER a representative from abstix.com speaks with you

email confirmation is only to confirm that the order is being processed.

If original tickets are not available, Absolute Tickets reserves the right to
substitute your order for equal or better seating.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no exchanges or refunds unless Event is
CANCELLED
, in which case full refund is issued (minus handling/shipping fees).
It is the buyer's responsibility to keep abreast of Start Times of Event purchased;
since Times can change, buyer should check their local listings up to Event date.
We have no control on changes and we cannot contact you in those situations.
In case of POSTPONEMENT or RESCHEDULE tickets must be used on new
date/time.  TICKETS FOR CANCELLED SHOWS MUST BE RETURNED TO
US WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER WE NOTIFY YOU for refund to be given.

We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, and since tickets
are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are NO REFUNDS,
EXCHANGES, or CANCELLATIONS on any order once it is finalized by us.

When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets can not
be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct
sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

We are a licensed member of NATB (the National Association of Ticket Brokers).
